Francesca’s place was amazing. It’s in a great location, 5 min walk to the centre of Desenzano where you can get a 10 minute boat ride to Sirmione. Francesca was very polite and even left us a bottle of wine as a gift! We were looking for a good restaurant for pizza and Francesca booked us in at a place only 3/4 mins walk from the Airbnb (which the pizzas were delicious too!) I’d definitely recommend stay here!

Francesca was very prompt at responding to our booking , We arrived on an early flight to Bergamo and contacted Francesca to see if we could get an early check in at the apartment, as usual Francesca responded right away , She was absolutely brilliant the directions where perfect ,50 minutes later we arrived at the apartment Francesca was there waiting for us , the apartment was first class (Home from home) everything was in place , the bed was king size and it was perfect for a good nights sleep , there was a large supermarket 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes in a car , or there was two bicycles provided however we just used the car and traveled around lake Garda, definitely would recommend your stay here thanks Francesca Mark & Siobhan

A brilliant apartment in a great location, only a short walk to the lake. The host was friendly and left us a bottle of wine, a lovely touch! The bikes were a great addition and we cycled to Sirmione for the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Francesca welcommed us with a smile and a fresh character. The apartment is modern with a kitchen you are def. able to cook nice dinner. On the balcony you can have breakfast in sun, awesome. Bedroom and bathroom are modern as well. Every room was clean. We felt like home!

Un AirBnB comme vous n'en avez jamais vu ! Situé à 5 minutes à pied du Lac de Garde, l'appartement spatieux pour deux personne offre tout ce dont vous pourriez rêver : une décoration subtile et élégante, le nécessaire (et plus !) pour cuisiner, un lit INCROYABLE, une douche propre avec un double évier, une petite terrasse. Et deux vélos à disposition, qui nous ont permis de nous balader le long du Lac de Garde pour notre plus grand plaisir. Bref, notre visite dans cet appartement aura été magique. Vraiment, nous ne saurions recommander davantage cet endroit, dont le rapport qualité-prix reste inégalé dans la région.

Nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter und eine schöne Wohnung am Rande der Altstadt mit kurzen Wegen zu den Geschäften. Ein großer abschließbarer Raum zum unterstellen der mitgebrachten Fahrräder, sowie zwei vorhandene hochwertige Fahrräder, zeichnen die Wohnung als besonders fahrradfreundlich aus. Outstanding experience! Absolutly lovely host - Francesca - very freindly, prompt in answers and helpful - met us at station and gave a ride back. Extremly good apartment - comfy, spacios, clean, equiped with brandnew electronics. Wonderful balcony looking at quiet courtyard full of singing birds. This place is must-have of visiting Desenzano, especially for bicycles lovers. Francesca provides two exellent bikes. Many-many thanks!

Die Wohnung befindet sich oberhalb der Stadt Desenzano und die City ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir durften sogar unser Auto in einer Nebenstraße gebührenfrei parken. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem Top-Zustand, komplett ausgestattet und toll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Kurz gesagt ist die Wohnung nur zu empfehlen.

Hallo Francesca, wir haben es sehr genossen, in deiner Wohnung ein paar schöne Tage am Gardasee zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist echt top. Es hat lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt, war aber kein echtes Problem für uns. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden und in einem Top-Zustand - wunderbar. Manchmal nervten nur die kläffenden Hunde der Nachbarn. Liebe Grüße Barbara und Georg

Сделан качественный новый ремонт, дорогая техника на кухне, в каждой комнате кондиционер, есть стиральная машина и порошок для нее,посудомойка,духовка.. куча приятных мелочей в виде бутылки вина,чая,кофе,сахара,оливкового масла,бутылки воды... есть даже в пользование 2 велосипеда. Для детей имеется стул,кроватка,горшок и спец сумка... возле квартиры есть бесплатные парковочные места, квартира находится очень близко к центру! В общем,нам очень понравилось!

Apartment was lovely and spotless. Everything that you need for your stay. Close to railway station for trips to Venice and Verona. Not far from lakeside. Where you can get boats to go anywhere in Lake Garda. Beside restaurants and pubs but situated in a very quiet area. Lovely bottle of wine was left for us. Francasca looked after us well and we had her telephone number if we needed to ask anything. Miriam met us and checked us in. Both were on hand if needed. We had a lovely time and Desenzano is great lakeside resort.

Francesca is a very kind and helpful person. She showed us the appartment and gave us advices for some nice places and beaches were we could go arround the whole lake. She looked after us and gave us also her phone number for further questions. The appartment has a modern kitchen and is very lovely with a cute balcony. You also receive a wine, a bottle of water, towels and two bicycles.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt und ist für zwei Personen optimal. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sind schnell erreichbar, u.a. eine tolle Bäckerei auf der Via Gramsci, die nicht nur Brot anbietet. Die beiden Fahrräder haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich abgerundet, da Sirmione oder Peschiera oder auch das Hinterland Richtung Pozzolengo schnell zu erreichen sind. Empfehlenswert ist auch eine Radtour entlang des Flusses Minico Richtung Borghetto. Da der Bahnhof in relativer Nähe ist, bieten sich zusätzlich Touren mit dem Zug nach Verona oder Venedig an. Unterstüzung in allen Fragen gibt hierzu immer gerne Francesca, die via WhatsApp sehr sehr schnell antwortet. Vielen Dank noch einmal für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!La mia risposta

- Всё очень понравилось! Проблем с получением ключей не было, хозяйка была очень приветливая и подробно рассказала все про озеро -куда лучше съездить и что посмотреть. В апартаментах все было очень чисто и уютно, Хорошее отопление, зимой не было холодно. Кухня полностью оборудована, было все необходимое. При заезде подарили комплимент - бутылку хорошего вина. Парковка была бесплатная рядом с домом. В следующий раз обязательно вернемся именно туда.

- Замечательная, гостеприимная хозяйка Франческа. Удобное месторасположение, в 10 минутах пешком до главной площади , тихая улица, где не ходят толпы туристов. До двух городских пляжей пешком 10 мин. до третьего более красивого пляжа 30 мин. пешком, а на велосипеде вообще все очень близко. Можно пользоваться двумя велосипедами хозяйки, бесплатно, они в отличном состоянии. Апартаменты новые, хороший ремонт, кровати удобные. все новое и современное, техника вся работает. Франческа продумала все до мелких подробностей в апартаментах, чтобы гостям было комфортно отдыхать. Рядом находится ресторан, где очень вкусно готовят и там обедают местные жители, которые знают толк в местной кухне, кафе где выпекают очень вкусные маленькие пироженки, а так же маленькие семейные магазинчики, где делают свежею пасту, спагетти, мясные блюда. Мы отлично провели время в Дезенцано. Франческа, спасибо.

Francesca’s place was amazing. It’s in a great location, 5 min walk to the centre of Desenzano where you can get a 10 minute boat ride to Sirmione. Francesca was very polite and even left us a bottle of wine as a gift! We were looking for a good restaurant for pizza and Francesca booked us in at a place only 3/4 mins walk from the Airbnb (which the pizzas were delicious too!) I’d definitely recommend stay here!

Francesca was very prompt at responding to our booking , We arrived on an early flight to Bergamo and contacted Francesca to see if we could get an early check in at the apartment, as usual Francesca responded right away , She was absolutely brilliant the directions where perfect ,50 minutes later we arrived at the apartment Francesca was there waiting for us , the apartment was first class (Home from home) everything was in place , the bed was king size and it was perfect for a good nights sleep , there was a large supermarket 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes in a car , or there was two bicycles provided however we just used the car and traveled around lake Garda, definitely would recommend your stay here thanks Francesca Mark & Siobhan

A brilliant apartment in a great location, only a short walk to the lake. The host was friendly and left us a bottle of wine, a lovely touch! The bikes were a great addition and we cycled to Sirmione for the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Francesca’s apartment is lovely. It’s in a great location, really close to the waterfront and just a short walk to the local supermarket. Francesca’s an excellent host, with quick responses and she has a great knowledge of the area and local buses. We hope to come back in the future!

Francesca welcommed us with a smile and a fresh character. The apartment is modern with a kitchen you are def. able to cook nice dinner. On the balcony you can have breakfast in sun, awesome. Bedroom and bathroom are modern as well. Every room was clean. We felt like home!

Un AirBnB comme vous n'en avez jamais vu ! Situé à 5 minutes à pied du Lac de Garde, l'appartement spatieux pour deux personne offre tout ce dont vous pourriez rêver : une décoration subtile et élégante, le nécessaire (et plus !) pour cuisiner, un lit INCROYABLE, une douche propre avec un double évier, une petite terrasse. Et deux vélos à disposition, qui nous ont permis de nous balader le long du Lac de Garde pour notre plus grand plaisir. Bref, notre visite dans cet appartement aura été magique. Vraiment, nous ne saurions recommander davantage cet endroit, dont le rapport qualité-prix reste inégalé dans la région.

Nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter und eine schöne Wohnung am Rande der Altstadt mit kurzen Wegen zu den Geschäften. Ein großer abschließbarer Raum zum unterstellen der mitgebrachten Fahrräder, sowie zwei vorhandene hochwertige Fahrräder, zeichnen die Wohnung als besonders fahrradfreundlich aus. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Outstanding experience! Absolutly lovely host - Francesca - very freindly, prompt in answers and helpful - met us at station and gave a ride back. Extremly good apartment - comfy, spacios, clean, equiped with brandnew electronics. Wonderful balcony looking at quiet courtyard full of singing birds. This place is must-have of visiting Desenzano, especially for bicycles lovers. Francesca provides two exellent bikes. Many-many thanks!

- Francesca hat uns sehr nett empfangen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist wirklich schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sehr zentrale Lage und die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder bieten die Möglichkeit kleinere Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (z.B. Sirmione) zu unternehmen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Apartment nur empfehlen.

- L'appartamento è veramente dotato di qualunque cosa possa servire, è pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Le biciclette (nuove e comodissime) a disposizione degli ospiti sono il valore aggiunto, le abbiamo usate con facilità anche lungo la breve salita per arrivare a casa. Padrona di casa attenta e disponibile.

Die Wohnung befindet sich oberhalb der Stadt Desenzano und die City ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir durften sogar unser Auto in einer Nebenstraße gebührenfrei parken. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem Top-Zustand, komplett ausgestattet und toll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Kurz gesagt ist die Wohnung nur zu empfehlen.

Hallo Francesca, wir haben es sehr genossen, in deiner Wohnung ein paar schöne Tage am Gardasee zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist echt top. Es hat lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt, war aber kein echtes Problem für uns. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden und in einem Top-Zustand - wunderbar. Manchmal nervten nur die kläffenden Hunde der Nachbarn. Liebe Grüße Barbara und Georg

Франческа отличная хозяйка! Всегда была с нами на связи до и после заселения! Квартира очень хорошая- чистая,есть все необходимое! Сделан качественный новый ремонт, дорогая техника на кухне, в каждой комнате кондиционер, есть стиральная машина и порошок для нее,посудомойка,духовка.. куча приятных мелочей в виде бутылки вина,чая,кофе,сахара,оливкового масла,бутылки воды... есть даже в пользование 2 велосипеда. Для детей имеется стул,кроватка,горшок и спец сумка... возле квартиры есть бесплатные парковочные места, квартира находится очень близко к центру! В общем,нам очень понравилось!

Perfect location to explore Desenzano. A short walk to the waterfront but away from noise and traffic. The place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Quick responses from the host who even helped us with luggage storage for the day we arrived. Would definitely stay again

Apartment was lovely and spotless. Everything that you need for your stay. Close to railway station for trips to Venice and Verona. Not far from lakeside. Where you can get boats to go anywhere in Lake Garda. Beside restaurants and pubs but situated in a very quiet area. Lovely bottle of wine was left for us. Francasca looked after us well and we had her telephone number if we needed to ask anything. Miriam met us and checked us in. Both were on hand if needed. We had a lovely time and Desenzano is great lakeside resort.

Francesca is a very kind and helpful person. She showed us the appartment and gave us advices for some nice places and beaches were we could go arround the whole lake. She looked after us and gave us also her phone number for further questions. The appartment has a modern kitchen and is very lovely with a cute balcony. You also receive a wine, a bottle of water, towels and two bicycles.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt und ist für zwei Personen optimal. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sind schnell erreichbar, u.a. eine tolle Bäckerei auf der Via Gramsci, die nicht nur Brot anbietet. Die beiden Fahrräder haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich abgerundet, da Sirmione oder Peschiera oder auch das Hinterland Richtung Pozzolengo schnell zu erreichen sind. Empfehlenswert ist auch eine Radtour entlang des Flusses Minico Richtung Borghetto. Da der Bahnhof in relativer Nähe ist, bieten sich zusätzlich Touren mit dem Zug nach Verona oder Venedig an. Unterstüzung in allen Fragen gibt hierzu immer gerne Francesca, die via WhatsApp sehr sehr schnell antwortet. Vielen Dank noch einmal für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!La mia risposta

Loved this apartment, stayed here for 3 nights on business. The apartment was just as advertised, actually better! The location was great very close to the city center, close free parking and easy get out of town to explore. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back for business!La mia risposta
